Suits Inc. will be running a campaign to support SaaS operating companies for its AI task management and project management tool, “Suits Up.”
The beta version of SuitUp, a management support cloud service that uses AI to easily manage projects and tasks for teams to use every day, is available for a free trial (7 days). First, try out SuitUp and take the first step in managing your team’s tasks.
From January 23, 2026 to January 30, 2026, we will be running a campaign in which Suit Up’s monthly usage fee will be waived for three months for only three SaaS operating companies that apply through the inquiry form below. If you are interested, please write “SaaS Operating Company Support Campaign” in the “Inquiry Details” section of the form.
According to our simulation, if a company with 30 employees has to check task progress between a manager and a subordinate for eight minutes twice a day, it will cost 1.19 million yen per month (based on 20 business days). This is no small cost burden for small and medium-sized enterprises, but it can be significantly improved by introducing team task management and making team tasks visible.

However, according to a survey conducted by Nulab Inc. (*Survey on the “Current State and Issues of Task Management” conducted from October 6th to October 10th, 2023, targeting managers, executives, and company employees working at companies and organizations with 1,000 employees or less), when it comes to task management methods, 31.2% choose “email and calendar functions,” which are expected to be used primarily for personal task management, 30.6% choose “handwritten notes, diaries, and notebooks,” and 14.3% choose “business chat,” while 25.2% choose “Excel or spreadsheets,” which are expected to be used for team task management, and only 11.7% choose “dedicated task management tools.”
For this reason, we believe that introducing team task management is the first step in increasing labor productivity in small and medium-sized enterprises and startups (hereinafter referred to as “SMEs, etc.”), and have therefore decided to launch the “SaaS Management Company Support Campaign.”
SaaS operating companies will be tasked with simultaneously carrying out a wide range of tasks over a long period of time, from formulating business strategies and product development policies to formulating and executing development roadmaps, improving functionality and developing new features, promoting marketing and sales initiatives, building a customer success system, managing KPIs, and collaborating with external vendors and partners.
However, many organizations still rely on spreadsheet software such as Excel or spreadsheets to manage these tasks and progress. As a result, it becomes difficult to grasp the overall progress and priorities of a project, which increases the risk of missed actions, delayed decision-making, and misunderstandings between departments.
Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to encourage all CEOs, business managers, and product managers of SaaS operating companies to use our AI task management tool, “SuitUp,” to visualize the implementation and improvement of various measures and facilitate information sharing among staff, thereby improving their execution capabilities and growth speed.
Going forward, we will continue to hold Suit Up campaigns to enable small and medium-sized businesses to easily introduce and operate team task management using AI.
