Opt Fit Unveils “And L Work” for Corporate Health Support

ANDL Inc. has announced that Opt Fit Inc. has introduced its corporate health support service “ANDL Work.”

Opt Fit Co., Ltd. develops solutions that enable facility operations that are not dependent on humans, centered around the latest AI monitoring technologies such as GYM DX and Kaigo DX.

As they worked towards their ambitious goal of going public, they wanted to put in place a system that would enable them to support the physical and mental health of their employees as an organization. As they were gathering information on a system that would enable the company to take care of its employees in the event of an emergency, they decided to introduce ANDL Work.

Furthermore, as the governance system needed to be strengthened and internal reporting regulations and other legally required measures were put in place, we also worked together to set up an external reporting hotline. The fact that they felt we could work together to create a system, including linking it with online medical consultations and counseling, was the deciding factor in our decision to implement it.
