Revcom and BELLSYSTEM24 have started a strategic collaboration to make customer conversation data usable across corporate sales activities. The goal is to integrate insights from all sales channels, including field sales, in-store sales, inside sales, phone calls, and web conferencing, into a single, analyzable dataset.
Until now, face-to-face conversations have been largely a black box, with outcomes depending on the experience of individual sales representatives. By combining Revcom’s voice analysis AI ‘MiiTel’ with BELLSYSTEM24’s BPO expertise, the two companies plan to digitize and centralize all customer interactions. This will make it possible to extract success patterns from veteran sales reps, develop talk scripts, and inform broader sales and marketing strategies. The collaboration targets generating 2 billion yen in sales over the next three years.
BELLSYSTEM24 brings experience in digital transformation, consulting, business operations, and data utilization, while Revcom provides technology to convert conversations into big data. ‘MiiTel’ is a device that records and interprets oral data from telephonic, virtual, and personal meetings. The sum of the data is then utilized in the areas of sales effectiveness, productivity, and customer engagement improvement.

In collaboration, the two companies are developing a sales communications platform that merges online and offline, thus giving companies the opportunity to know their customers better, make decisions based on data, and improve both sales and customer satisfaction areas.
