HYPER CUBE has entered a capital and business alliance with the Tsukui Group to push forward AI agent development for elderly care. The funding was raised through a third-party share allocation underwritten by Tsukui CareTech Investment Limited Partnership. Tsukui Group operates more than 800 nursing care facilities across Japan, giving this partnership real on-the-ground reach from day one.
HYPER CUBE works with a clear belief. Play can be prevention. The company has been building AI solutions for nursing care and medical settings, using conversational AI agents to support daily life and improve quality of life for older adults. This is not a new relationship. The two sides have already worked together through HYPER CUBE’s AI Concierge, which is used in Tsukui’s Yorisoi Concierge service that supports people balancing work and caregiving. They have also connected through HYPER MEETUP, a networking initiative for the nursing care industry.
With this alliance, the focus shifts to scale and depth. One priority is AI agents that support elderly people through daily conversation, using personal preferences, dialogue history, and care and medical records to make tailored lifestyle and health suggestions. Another is building a data foundation for care providers that connects formal care records with real on-site conversations, allowing multiple AI agents to work together in operations.
