ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. concluded a basic business alliance agreement with TOUCH GROUP Co., Ltd., which has a strong network in the overseas influencer field, on Monday, December 8, 2025.
Through this alliance, ValueCommerce will strengthen its support for advertisers in the inbound tourism market, centered on the three services it provides: “monicam,” “Castbook,” and “BUZMA.”
Inbound market
Spending by foreign visitors to Japan is expected to reach 8,125.7 billion yen in fiscal year 2024*1. In particular, the number of visitors to Japan is expected to exceed pre-COVID levels in 2025, and further market expansion is expected in the future*2. In order to more reliably capture this growth opportunity, ValueCommerce has decided to strengthen its collaboration with TOUCH GROUP, which has extensive experience in the inbound market.

This partnership will grant TOUCH GROUP exclusive sales agency rights in China for monicam and Castbook, which are provided by ValueCommerce. In addition, when advertisers use Chinese influencers through BUZMA, they will only use influencers managed by TOUCH GROUP.
Through these collaborations, we will build a support system that combines the influencer marketing support know-how that ValueCommerce has accumulated in Japan with the TOUCH GROUP‘s strength in the Chinese influencer field. This will further strengthen the development of measures aimed at the Chinese inbound market and contribute to increasing sales for advertisers.
