Miramos is a cloud service that uses patent-pending technology to create shift schedules using AI based on complex and diverse conditions collected via smartphone, such as staff members’ desired holidays and combinations, work styles such as night shifts, staffing standards, and additional payment requirements.
Our proprietary AI technology automatically creates highly accurate shift schedules with minimal rework. This eliminates the need to re-create schedules multiple times, reducing the work time of staff in charge of creating shifts by approximately 80%.
