Braze has launched its latest line of AI tools called the BrazeAI Product Suite. The purpose of this has been to support marketers in creating customer experiences that are more intelligent, quicker, and more personal. The concept is straightforward: allow businesses to connect their unique AI agents, educate them with their information, and utilize them to decide instantly.
The new lineup includes BrazeAI Decisioning Studio, BrazeAI Operator, and BrazeAI Agent Console. These tools use AI agents that can personalize every step of the customer journey automatically. Marketers can use them to decide when, how, and what to send, and the system keeps learning from each interaction. It also folds in OfferFit’s AI engine, which Braze picked up earlier in 2025.
Braze says this new wave of ‘agent-type AI’ will turn marketers from campaign executors into strategic operators who guide autonomous systems to deliver better engagement. Basically, less grunt work, more creative direction.

The BrazeAI platform connects directly with first-party data and lets marketers manage everything through a single console. It can also pull insights using natural language, thanks to its integration with Snowflake Cortex AI. Brands can use external LLMs like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini, or go with Braze’s own model built on Gemini.
The goal is to make campaign building faster, decisions smarter, and content creation less of a slog. Instead of juggling systems and data pipelines, marketers can focus on building ideas that actually connect with customers. Braze is also adding new interactive messaging tools, data activation options, and delivery optimization to support the suite.
Decisioning Studio is available now, the Agent Console is in private beta, and the Operator will start rolling out in stages between late 2025 and early 2026.
