CyLeague Holdings Inc., in partnership with SYNCHRO Inc. and S&J Inc., will begin offering the CyLeague Cyber Resilience Package tailored for medical institutions in November 2025. The service addresses the rising cyber risks facing hospitals, where attacks on electronic medical records and critical systems have disrupted patient care both in Japan and abroad.
The package combines SYNCHRO’s KATABAMI VDP (automatic vulnerability assessment) and KATABAMI CRA (backup) to provide an effective, operational system rather than just formal security measures. It supports medical institutions in both peacetime and emergencies, ensuring continuity of medical treatment.
During normal operations, the service offers security charts, quarterly status checks, threat intelligence updates, and monthly automatic vulnerability assessments alongside daily online backups. In emergencies, pre-contracted incident response support enables immediate recovery assistance from external experts. Optional tabletop exercises and manual improvements help make BCPs operationally effective.
