JSOL Corporation will begin offering “JRISE™,” a new system for Japanese companies’ overseas subsidiaries, on October 13th. The system, equipped with JSOL’s proprietary, patent-pending technology, uses AI to compile information from the communication tools used by local staff into business reports. This allows expatriates and management to grasp business progress in real time and make appropriate decisions quickly. It also reduces the burden of business reports for local staff, allowing them to focus on core tasks such as sales activities. The system will be rolled out initially in the Shanghai area of China, with the aim of expanding throughout China and eventually to global markets, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
At overseas subsidiaries, it can be difficult to accurately and in detail grasp the latest business situation, including sales activities, between local staff and expatriates/executives responsible for management tasks due to language barriers and cultural differences. Multiple inquiries and reports/confirmations are required before receiving a response from local staff, and there have been cases where abnormalities or risks that could affect the business could not be promptly recognized due to the time lag until reports are received.

JRISE™, an overseas corporation management support system
JRISE ™ combines generative AI with proprietary logic (patent pending) to automatically summarize business activity status in the form of a business report based on locally used communication tools, conversations with customers via email, and various other information, and supports the creation of report materials. By implementing JRISE ™ , expatriates and management can grasp key points such as business progress and issues, enabling quick decision-making without requiring local staff to separately input daily reports. Furthermore, by utilizing various automatically compiled data, the effort required for document creation is significantly reduced. By eliminating the need for reporting, local staff can focus on their work, and the risks associated with personal communication are reduced. Furthermore, JRISE™ can be used as a knowledge sharing tool based on previously accumulated information.
