SkyArch Networks, Inc., an Advanced Tier Service Partner of Amazon Web Services, is pleased to announce that it has launched “SKY-OPT Enterprise” in collaboration with IBM Japan, Ltd. for enterprise companies that utilize AWS to drive business transformation.
SKY-OPT Enterprise is a new managed service that combines IBM‘s enterprise expertise with SkyArch Networks‘ AWS expertise. It simultaneously achieves security, governance, and cost efficiency in large-scale, complex AWS environments, providing an advanced operational infrastructure for businesses.
SKY-OPT Enterprise is a managed service that provides comprehensive support for building and operating cloud environments for enterprise companies. Developed in collaboration with IBM Japan, it ensures efficient implementation and operation while ensuring enterprise-grade quality.

This service is based on the functions of SKY-OPT, which began offering in 2021. SKY-OPT is a managed service that provides ongoing services from account management to monitoring, operation, and optimization after AWS implementation. As customers use AWS, which is rapidly evolving, they can maintain optimal conditions while incorporating the latest technologies.
In addition to these basic functions, SKY-OPT Enterprise offers integrated governance across multiple accounts, highly transparent project management with labor-hour-based billing, and a model that integrates security monitoring and operations. Furthermore, we have strengthened our “in-house support” to enhance AWS utilization within our customers’ organizations, and through the formulation of standard configurations and support for qualification acquisition, we go beyond simple outsourcing to support the long-term improvement of cloud maturity.
