SmartHR, the cloud-based HR and labor management software operated by SmartHR Inc., began system integration with FUJIFILM IWpro, a cloud service provided by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Co., Ltd. that supports business digitalization and DX. The integration platform uses JOINT iPaaS, a SaaS integration solution provided by Strategist Inc., which efficiently enables API integration between SaaS products.
This integration enables automatic data integration from FUJIFILM IWpro to SmartHR.
“FUJIFILM IWpro” is a cloud service that provides the functions necessary for digitalized work, such as automatic document import and sorting, data sharing, management, and output.
The previously manual process of registering and updating employee information in “SmartHR” will be streamlined by linking it with data registered in “FUJIFILM IWpro.” Furthermore, by centrally managing employee-related documents and image data, including insurance cards, qualification certificates, and driver’s licenses, on “SmartHR,” necessary information can be quickly checked, and the burden of internal controls and audits will be reduced.

The linking patterns are as follows, and they can be used depending on the type of image and purpose.
Linking pattern 1: Linked as “image data”
Images stored on the FUJIFILM IWpro can be registered in SmartHR as image data without conversion. Centralized management of original images of documents linked to employees contributes to the efficiency of internal verification work and evidence management.
Linking pattern 2: Read the text in the image using OCR and link the “text data”
It is possible to extract text from images registered in “FUJIFILM IWpro” using OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and automatically link and register it with employee data in “SmartHR.” This allows analog data such as cards and paper forms to be digitized, enabling accurate and efficient reflection of personnel information.
