YuLife Japan LLC has signed a licensing agreement with Aon Japan Co., Ltd., the Japanese subsidiary of the Aon Group, a leading company providing a wide range of specialized solutions, and is pleased to announce that it has begun domestic sales of YuLife’s SaaS product, the “YuLife App,” from August 1, 2025.
Health and well-being management has become a key management issue for Japanese companies, and effective solutions are needed to maintain and improve employee health while improving organizational performance. Thanks to government-led health and well-being promotion, over 20,000 companies are actively working toward this goal, with 3,400 large corporations and 19,796 small and medium-sized corporations receiving certification as Certified Health and Well-Being Organizations by 2025. To support these efforts, YuLife Japan and Aon Japan have formed a business partnership to contribute to improving the competitiveness of Japanese companies through the promotion of health and well-being.
YuLife Japan’s “YuLife App” is an innovative employee benefits service that promotes healthy habits and improves organizational engagement through gamification. By improving employee retention and productivity, it creates a workplace where employees can work with peace of mind.

Through this partnership, YuLife Japan will leverage Aon Japan’s extensive customer base and expertise in the insurance and human resources fields to provide YuLife services to a wider range of companies. Furthermore, by introducing YuLife to the Aon Group itself, the company is accelerating its efforts to promote employee well-being and is expected to serve as a successful example of health management both inside and outside the company. Specifically, YuLife will be introduced to approximately 400 employees of four Aon Group affiliated companies, and the actual effects will be verified while strengthening the company’s ability to propose the system to client companies.
