HALDATA Inc., which operates the product review analysis service ” TrendViewer ,” and DG Business Technology Inc., which provides comprehensive support for digital businesses, have begun joint development of a “beta version of an agent for e-commerce” that integrates the functions of an “analysis agent for businesses” and a “product proposal agent for end users,” with the aim of enhancing the utilization of reviews for e-commerce businesses and optimizing personalized customer service.
This function is planned to be incorporated into NaviPlus Review , a review management service provided by DGBT , and will be offered in advance as a free beta version from September 2025.
In the e-commerce market, reviews and word-of-mouth are becoming increasingly influential as important sources of information when users select products and make purchasing decisions. However, for users considering a purchase, the burden of choosing the most suitable product from the vast amount of review information is increasing, leading to an increasing number of cases where they feel confused and stressed when making a choice. Furthermore, reviews are not limited to a company’s own e-commerce site, but are distributed across multiple channels such as malls and social media, which places a heavy burden on businesses to continuously collect and analyze this diverse information and use it in their marketing strategies and product improvements.

In recent years, advances in generative AI and large-scale language models (LLMs) have led to widespread adoption of technologies that automate the collection, summarization, and analysis of vast amounts of text information, supporting rapid decision-making. Furthermore, the search environment has changed, with the spread of information search via generative AI, such as ChatGPT and Google’s “AI Overview,” creating a demand for not only traditional SEO but also optimization of reviews and product information that can be “understood and cited” by AI (AEO: Answer Engine Optimization*).
In response to these market changes, DGBT‘s NaviPlus series of e-commerce marketing services has been continuously enhancing its functionality using AI, helping e-commerce businesses increase sales and streamline their operations. This joint development with HALDATA is a new initiative that further expands on these efforts, simultaneously achieving more sophisticated use of reviews and improved customer service quality.
