CrowdChem Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of a service that links data held by the company with “PoLyInfo,” a polymer database held by the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS).
“PoLyInfo” is a polymer database developed by NIMS that collects various data required for polymer material design from academic literature, organizes them systematically, and provides them to users.
It contains information relating to polymer properties, chemical structures, various names including IUPAC names, molding methods for measurement samples, measurement conditions, raw material monomers, polymerization methods, etc.

The data sharing required for the provision of this service was carried out using “PoLyInfo” provided by the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) Data Core Facility (MDPF).
CrowdChem holds a wide range of data on batteries, resins, cosmetics, and more. By incorporating “PoLyInfo” data into our data and services, we will be able to supplement the structural and basic property information of various resins, enabling us to improve the accuracy and expand the scope of search in raw material search, optimization, and material design.
We have come to provide the above services with the aim of promoting the business of users of the services provided by CrowdChem.
