LiveL LLC, a company that provides support for live commerce, and FAW Inc., which specializes in social media marketing, have announced that they have entered into a business partnership with the aim of supporting businesses in the TikTok Shop market and will begin offering a new support service called “Trinity Base.”
The market environment surrounding TikTok Shop is changing rapidly. The conventional wisdom that “if it doesn’t go viral, it won’t sell” is now a thing of the past, and while the system is now being established, a polarization is progressing in which companies that make mistakes in their strategy are unable to achieve any results at all.
According to market research, approximately 70% of companies entering the TikTok Shop are not getting the results they expected, while successful companies are achieving stable sales growth, and this gap is widening day by day.

In light of this polarization of the market, the two companies recognized the need for a comprehensive support system to ensure that companies are on the “selling side,” leading to this business partnership.
