Recho Inc., developer of the “Recho Voice AI Platform,” a platform that makes it easy to build voice AI agents, is pleased to announce that it will be collaborating with CX solutions company Eclect Inc. to conduct a demonstration experiment of administrative services in Hiroshima Prefecture’s “Hiroshima AI Sandbox.”
Revolutionizing government services with Voice AI technology
Recho and Eclect will jointly provide a solution to the issue of balancing the workload of employees and improving services for residents, which is a challenge faced by local governments nationwide, including Hiroshima Prefecture. In this PoC, we aim to build a next-generation government service model that automatically resolves more than 60% of inquiries from residents by combining Recho’s Voice AI technology with Eclect’s CX implementation know-how. Recho‘s Voice AI Agent is not just an automated response system, but an “autonomous dialogue partner” that understands the intent of residents’ questions and accurately provides the necessary information. We aim to apply this technology, which has already proven itself in the private sector, to government services and create an experience in which people can proceed with the necessary procedures through natural conversations as if they were talking to a person.
