Daisan Co., Ltd. has introduced a new personnel evaluation system from May 2025. This system will be operated through a web system created by our company. With the introduction of this new system, we aim to promote the penetration of our corporate philosophy, including our values ”DAISAN SIX VALUE” and our code of conduct “Daisan Philosophy,” as well as the creation of an “autonomous and active organization” based on our medium-term management plan, and to achieve a balance between employee growth and organizational development, thereby improving our sustainable corporate value.
The conventional personnel evaluation system, which has been in operation for 10 years, was no longer relevant to the actual situation of our company, and an organizational survey revealed issues such as unclear evaluation criteria. In response to this, we restructured the personnel development system linked to the education and training system, aiming to realize a system in which each employee can embody the corporate philosophy.
Creating an organization based on a medium-term management plan
To strengthen our management foundation and promote the development of autonomous, independent human resources, we have established a system for evaluating employees in a balanced manner based on our company values, “DAISAN SIX VALUE,” and our code of conduct, “DAISAN Philosophy.”

Improving employee satisfaction
In order to improve employee satisfaction, we have revised the system to one that is clearer in line with our corporate philosophy and visualized the relationship between evaluation and treatment, resulting in a system that is transparent in its evaluation criteria and easy to understand.
Clarifying the person’s image and role
We have established a system that clearly defines the “type of person to be evaluated” and the “skills and roles required for each position,” enabling employees to clearly understand the direction they should aim for.
