Smaregi Co., Ltd., which develops “Smaregi,” a cloud-based POS register that uses tablets such as the iPad, has begun functional collaboration with “Assist Tencho,” an EC centralized management system provided by its subsidiary Net Shop Support Office Co., Ltd.
This initiative is part of the PMI “Phase 1” that was launched after becoming a wholly owned subsidiary in December 2024, and is an evolution from conventional collaboration to advanced data collaboration utilizing Smaregi’s platform API. By combining the know-how that both companies have accumulated to date, we will work to strengthen our integrated sales system that transcends the boundaries between offline and online.

In recent years, omnichannel strategies that seamlessly connect brick-and-mortar stores and EC have become mainstream, but many issues remain in the field, such as “complicated inventory management,” “difficulty in grasping sales status,” and “fragmented customer information.” In order to solve these issues, we have begun to rebuild the system linking brick-and-mortar stores and EC. This time, we have revamped the data linking between Smaregi and Assist Tencho, and have established a system that allows for smoother integrated management of sales, inventory, and customer information.
