TOPPAN Corporation, a group company of TOPPAN Holdings, will begin offering its Digital Avatar Service on June 20, 2025. The Service creates an avatar in a digital space that realistically reproduces the appearance and voice of a living person and can converse as if the person were the real person.
This service not only uses TOPPAN’s appearance reproduction technology and unique voice reproduction AI model to realistically reproduce a person’s appearance and voice, but also utilizes TOPPAN’s data management know-how to train AI to learn vast amounts of data about the person, allowing it to create an avatar that can converse as if it were the person.
This will be provided as part of a service that the Toppan Group launched in May 2025 to promote the use of AI both inside and outside the company across the group and make corporate marketing operations AI-powered.

This service enables interactive communication with more people through a person’s digital avatar, and enables information to be sent to a more diverse audience. Furthermore, know-how can be utilized in the marketing field, enabling it to be accumulated and passed on as a corporate asset.
