Regarding the joint development of “Software for Press Processing”
In press processing, if minute pressure abnormalities inside the die are overlooked, it can lead to product defects, die damage, and production line stoppages. However, conventional technology was limited to collecting data only a few dozen times per second, meaning it was unable to detect short-term and small-amplitude abnormalities.
With this technological development, the monitoring (communication frequency) of the pressure data of the press die has been significantly increased from several dozen times per second to 1,000 times per second, dramatically improving the monitoring accuracy. In addition, the real-time analysis algorithm can instantly detect abnormal signs, and the detection results are automatically fed back to the press machine. This allows the optimization of processing conditions and emergency stops, greatly reducing the rate of defective products and the risk of damage to the die.
