Logizard Inc., a leading company in cloud-based inventory management systems, is pleased to announce that it has introduced a new “donor leave system” effective in May 2025 to support its employees’ bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cell donation activities.
This system is proposed and promoted by the Japan Marrow Donor Bank, and provides special paid leave to employees for the interviews, tests, hospitalization, etc. required when registering and donating bone marrow through a bone marrow donor bank.
We have introduced this system to create a system in which the company can support acts of kindness that are needed in society, rather than leaving it up to individual employees.

The introduction of this system was triggered by an idea from an employee.
The background to this is that while there are many patients across the country who require transplants through bone marrow banks, there is a social issue of a shortage in the number of registered donors and the rate of donors who actually donate.
After considering what we could do as a company to address this issue, we decided to institute a system in the form of “paid donor leave” to support the will and actions of our employees.
This system, which supports the kind actions that are needed in society as a company rather than leaving it up to individual employees, will become a symbol of the “kindness” and “workplace to be proud of” that Logizard aims for.
