PeopleX Inc., which uses AI to solve HR issues from recruitment to support, is pleased to announce that it has begun offering “HR Operator,” a service that analyzes each company’s unique HR requirements and business processes and builds an optimal system using AI agents. This service covers a wide range of areas, from recruitment to management and evaluation to support the success of employees after joining the company. In addition, this service will be featured on NHK’s “Close-up Gendai” broadcast from 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7th.
This service analyzes each company’s unique HR requirements and business processes, and builds an optimal system using AI agents. By making full use of HR big data and LLM, we build and operate HR systems that are aligned with our clients’ business strategies. We support companies in strengthening their competitiveness and achieving sustainable growth.
Recruitment work is diverse, including company websites, the use of agents, and scouting. In recent years, the number of young employees who do not want to become managers in management roles is increasing due to heavy responsibility, long working hours, and lack of appropriate compensation. According to a survey by the Persol Research Institute, the desire for promotion among young employees in their 20s has decreased by 8.2 points over three years, from 36.4% in 2021 to 28.2% in 2024.

To solve these problems, we have developed “HR Operator Management & Evaluation,” which uses AI to support management tasks. In particular, by improving the work efficiency of playing managers with a large workload and supplementing the skills of recently promoted managers, we aim to reduce people’s aversion to management roles while strengthening the management capabilities of the entire organization.
