AoraNow Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with Stave Corporation to begin offering solutions to support the digitalization and automation of a series of business processes for procurement and asset management in the Japanese market.
Stave Corporation develops and provides SaaS solutions based on the ServiceNow platform that support the management of operational assets. It centrally manages business processes from procurement to asset disposal, and improves operational efficiency through process automation and visualization. This enables cost reduction and strategic use of business assets.
Through this partnership, the two companies will begin jointly offering the “Stave” solution, which supports all eight phases of an asset’s lifecycle, from planning, procurement, and deployment to operation, contract management, and disposal, on a single integrated platform.

Combining Aolanow’s extensive experience in implementing and operating ServiceNow with Stave‘s cutting-edge applications, we will support Japanese companies in digitizing their business processes, promoting in-house production, and strengthening governance.
