Nagase & Co., Ltd. and Hi-Res Corporation have entered into a business partnership to provide new solutions that combine Nagase’s in-house mixing and stirring process analysis app “Mixing Concierge™” with Hi-Res’ GPU cloud service “GPUSOROBAN Remote Workstation.” By providing a service that allows easy use of a high-performance analysis environment on the cloud, we will contribute to the efficiency and labor-saving of product development and manufacturing processes in the manufacturing industry.
In Japan’s manufacturing industry, the dependency of technology on individuals and delays in digital transformation are major issues. Analysis software in particular requires expertise to introduce and operate, making it difficult for it to take root in small and medium-sized workplaces. In light of this, Nagase & Co. has developed Mixing Concierge™, a fluid analysis software specialized for mixing and stirring processes. Easy to operate for anyone, it visually and quantitatively visualizes the know-how of mixing and stirring processes, supporting process standardization and quality improvement.
On the other hand, especially in manufacturing sites of small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to set up a high-performance PC environment, which has resulted in the slow adoption of analysis apps such as “Mixing Concierge.”

To solve this problem, we have partnered with HiRes‘ cloud platform “GPUSOROBAN Remote Workstation” so that the app can be used in a cloud environment. By simply installing the dedicated app on a local PC, you can immediately start using it in a telework environment, and you can operate it just as smoothly as in an on-premise environment, whether at home or in a factory.
By providing the app and cloud together, we can eliminate the costs and equipment-related hurdles associated with traditional hardware implementation, enabling a high-performance analysis environment to be introduced at more manufacturing sites.
