Hybrid Technologies is pleased to announce that our company and its group entities have entered into a business partnership with FAKE Inc., a leading consulting firm renowned for leveraging Design-Driven technology to accelerate business and digital transformation. Through this alliance, we will jointly develop a proposal system to better support clients launching new services.
FAKE specializes in driving business and digital transformation through a unique Design-Driven® methodology that emphasizes early-stage prototyping and user interviews. By integrating design thinking at the initial stages of business strategy planning, FAKE delivers distinctive consulting services that tackle digital transformation and business strategy from a design perspective. FAKE has an impressive track record of supporting diverse companies across multiple industries, including major corporations like Dai-ichi Life and JCB.
As FAKE looks to further scale its operations, a key focus has been to secure a stable pipeline of project managers and engineers responsible for requirements definition and strategy execution after project proposals.

To address these needs, we have built a system that seamlessly delivers end-to-end services—from upstream processes such as UI/UX design to the downstream implementation phase—leveraging the robust engineering capabilities of our Vietnamese subsidiary and two new group subsidiaries acquired post-listing.
Our Future Growth Strategy
Aligned with our broader growth strategy, this partnership supports our initiatives across three key areas:
- Expansion of Development Areas in Existing Businesses
- Broadened Solutions for Customers
- Expansion of Service Markets
Our goal is to deliver “comprehensive global IT services” through these growth pillars.
In particular, under the “expansion of development areas in existing businesses,” we have been strengthening our capabilities in new business launches and digital transformation (DX) strategy consulting, especially following the acquisition of Wur Inc., a company specializing in launching businesses from the ground up. However, recognizing that client needs vary by circumstance, we see significant potential for further expansion.
One key growth initiative is enhancing user experience, service design, and UI/UX design—critical factors for gaining a competitive edge and scaling new services. To achieve this, partnering with companies possessing proven expertise and capabilities in these domains has become essential.
FAKE’s strong background in DX strategy consulting from a Design-Driven® perspective aligns perfectly with our needs. While FAKE seeks development resources post-strategy formulation, our company brings substantial engineering capacity while aiming to fortify our DX consulting services. By addressing each other’s challenges, we are confident that this collaboration will drive significant growth for both parties. It is with this shared vision that we have formalized our business partnership.
