Service & Security Co., Ltd. will add a new “Digital Forensic Service” to the lineup of comprehensive security services provided by the Security Operations Center (SOC) operated by the company, and will begin offering it from May 2025.
Since opening its Security Operations Center (SOC) in 2018, SSK has been contributing to a safe and secure Japanese society. SSK’s advanced security solutions, such as security operation monitoring services and security vulnerability diagnosis services, are provided to a wide range of projects, including more than 3,000 projects for government agencies, educational institutions, financial institutions, and general companies.
In recent years, many companies have been using SOCs as part of their efforts to strengthen security, but many still fall victim to security incidents such as targeted attacks and ransomware. These incidents pose serious risks, such as business interruption, information leaks, and loss of corporate credibility. When such a security incident occurs, a rapid response is required for both “containment” and “recovery.” To do this, it is necessary to identify and analyze the cause of the attack and take appropriate measures, but there are limitations to what each organization or institution can do on its own, as it requires a high level of expertise.

To meet these customer needs, SSK offers an “incident response service” that provides total support from identifying the cause of an incident to recovery.
Initial response support services
Digital forensic services
Malware analysis service
Support service for identifying infected devices
The “Digital Forensic Service” that SSK will now begin offering is a service that, in situations where a security incident is suspected, involves preserving and analyzing data from devices where an incident is believed to have occurred, and providing support for recovery.
By combining the security operation monitoring services provided by SSK SOC with digital forensic services, we will be able to meet a wide range of customer needs, from monitoring to recovery in the event of an emergency.
