ESR and Colt DCS Create Osaka Hyperscale Data Center

ESR, a leading Asia-Pacific real asset owner and manager, and Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS), a global provider of hyperscale, AI, and enterprise data centre solutions, have announced a joint venture to develop a 130 MW hyperscale data centre campus in Minoh City, Osaka, Japan. The first phase of the project will deliver 65 MW and will be designed and constructed by the ESR–Colt DCS joint venture, with operations managed by Colt DCS. The campus is in Osaka, the second-largest data center market in Asia-Pacific. It will meet Japan's rising demand for public cloud services, digital transformation, and AI computing.
