Kanematsu Forms New IT Firm to Upgrade Core Systems

Kanematsu announced on April 24 that it had established a new strategic IT company, Kanematsu Seed Port Co., Ltd., on the 16th, to renovate the group's core systems and promote digital transformation (DX). The establishment of the new company is part of a policy aimed at strengthening group-wide integrated management under the current mid-term management plan, "integration 1.0." Kanematsu will renovate the group's core systems for the first time in 20 years and will introduce Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) from the US.
