Salesforce Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of US CRM (customer relationship management) solutions company Salesforce, announced on July 28 that it will begin offering the latest version of its AI agent , Agentforce 3, in Japan. The new version includes numerous new features that address the challenges of visibility and control when fully deploying AI agents in business operations. "Agentforce Command Center" drills down and analyzes the content of conversations between customers and AI agents in detail.
