Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has developed a prototype of an "Interactive Multi-AI Agent Service", which enables dialogue with multiple expert AI agents. The service is now operational in the company's co-creation space, Serendie Street Yokohama. Using its digital platform "Serendie®," Fujitsu is working to create new services and solutions across business domains to resolve increasingly complex social issues. However, securing resources such as time and human resources to achieve collaboration across business domains and areas of expertise has been an issue.
