Nippon Kinzoku launches Eco L-DieL Wear-Resistant steel

NIPPON KINZOKU CO., LTD. has announced wider sales of its L-DieL Finish. This die wear-resistant stainless steel is surface-treated to cut down on tooling wear during pressing operations. The innovation focuses on changing the passive oxide film on stainless steel. This film is usually made of tough chromium oxide. By making it softer, we can extend die life, boost productivity, and reduce maintenance needs. L-DieL Finish works well with many stainless steels, like SUS304 and SUS430. It maintains the material's corrosion resistance and looks great. Plus, it meets JIS standards. They certified it as an "Eco-Product." This boosts efficiency and helps our environmental goals.
