SCSK Forms Capital and Business Alliance with BuyWill

SCSK Corporation and ByWill Co., Ltd. have entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of promoting decarbonization and accelerating GX (Green Transformation). As part of this alliance, SCSK has underwritten ByWill's third-party allocation of new shares. Toward the realization of a carbon-free society, companies are moving from individual company-level efforts to spreading their efforts to supply chains and regions.
