KUSANAGI Security Edition Adds New SafeUpgrade Feature

Prime Strategy has launched 'KUSANAGI SafeUpgrade.' This key feature in KUSANAGI Security Edition keeps web servers updated. It does this without causing service disruptions. The feature supports major version upgrades of nginx. This web server powers over 33% of the world’s websites. About 96% of these run on versions that no longer get security updates. SafeUpgrade sets up a parallel test environment on the same server. It starts checks and only activates the updated version if they succeed. This process cuts downtime and lowers the chances of failure. If an issue arises, the system defaults to the previous version. This allows for a smooth rollback.
