MediaDept Unveils New 3D Billboard in Ginza

MediaDept has a digital billboard named DIGITAL BILLBOARD+GINZA 3D which is going to be set up in the Ginza area. It will become operational on February 2, 2026, and will be located in a very great place in Higashi Shimbashi. The pitch is straightforward. Use a three sided structure to give advertisers a deeper, more realistic 3D effect without forcing viewers to wear anything. The company is treating this as the second chapter of its DOOH lineup after Omotesando. What makes this interesting is not the hardware alone but the shift behind it. MediaDept is building an internal setup for 3D creative so brands do not have to scramble for specialists’ every time they want to try a 3D campaign.
