Air Mobility Inc., which is developing a platform for safe and secure flying cars, and ARC AeroSystems Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on May 13, 2025 to advance the introduction of ARC's vertical take-off and landing aircraft (such as the Pegasus P3) in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. eVTOL (e-flying cars), which are capable of vertical take-off and landing, are being developed in various countries around the world and are currently undergoing testing and certification processes, with operations expected to begin after 2026.
