Mitsubishi with Foxtron signs EV OEM supply agreement
Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (hereafter, Mitsubishi Motors) and Foxtron Vehicle Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereafter, Foxtron), a subsidiary of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. Foxconn, known for electric vehicle development, have signed an MOU with Mitsubishi Motors. This agreement is for supplying an electric vehicle (EV) model created by Foxtron. Both parties have agreed to move forward with further discussions. Foxtron will develop the EV model. Yulon Motor Co., Ltd. will manufacture it in Taiwan. This vehicle will be supplied as an OEM product. (Yulon Motor). Mitsubishi Motors will launch the vehicle in Oceania. This includes Australia and New Zealand.
