Salesforce launches Slackbot in Japan

Salesforce Japan announced Slackbot is coming to Japan. It is a personal agent for work inside Slack. They are rolling it out in stages for Business Plus and Enterprise+ customers. The idea is that people can use Slackbot without learning new tools. It understands conversations, files, people, permissions, all of it. It helps find information inside Slack and other systems. It can also organize work, make content, schedule meetings, reminders, all of it inside Slack. You do not need to leave Slack to do anything. This is part of something called Agentforce 360.
