Yokota Enterprise Co., Ltd. has begun offering the “Endpoint Lifecycle Management Service”, which provides comprehensive support for PCs and digital devices, from installation to operation and data erasure. This service was designed for corporations and educational institutions in response to the end of support for Windows 10 scheduled for October 2025 and the growing demand for device updates due to “NEXT GIGA (GIGA School Phase 2).” The service goes beyond installation work (kitting) to provide total support for the entire lifecycle of devices, from system operation and support to secure data erasure, disposal, and reuse.
Currently, companies and local governments are urgently required to migrate their PCs to Windows 11. In addition, five years have passed since the GIGA School program began in 2020, and many local governments and schools in the educational market have decided to replace their PCs and digital devices, with 2025 being the peak year for PC and digital device replacement. In anticipation of these trends, Yokota Enterprise has established a comprehensive support system that goes beyond simple delivery work, and will contribute to customers’ PC and digital device management through this service.
