Ubiquitous AI Inc. has entered into a business alliance agreement with Artifact Inc. with the aim of enhancing the value of Ubiquitous AI’s security product lineup and strengthening its market expansion.
This partnership aims to maximize the value of solutions provided to meet the next-generation security requirements of IoT devices by combining the two companies’ advanced expertise and product development capabilities in the security field.
The growing global cybersecurity risks surrounding IoT devices are affecting these devices as well, requiring companies to implement advanced measures across a wide range of areas, from product design to operation and even compliance with complex laws and regulations. In particular, compliance with the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), which came into effect in December 2024, and the introduction of quantum-safe cryptography to protect against the future threat of quantum computers are urgent issues for companies deploying products globally.
