Takachiho Trading Co., Ltd. has introduced TK-SNOC, a new Security Operations Center (SOC) service tailored for operational technology (OT) environments such as factories and plants. Developed in collaboration with Nozomi Networks, the service is designed for the Nozomi Guardian platform and addresses the growing threat of cyberattacks targeting industrial control systems.
TK-SNOC runs 24/7. It combines Takachiho’s skills in network operations to monitor security alerts all the time. It classifies incidents and sends them to the right people. This improves awareness and makes responses more efficient. The system checks the health and performance of Guardian devices. It alerts admins about any unexpected halts or issues. It also fine-tunes alert settings to cut down on noise and keep operations running smoothly.

Beyond security monitoring, TK-SNOC functions as a centralized contact point for maintenance and technical inquiries. Monthly reports are generated to help customers visualize their OT security posture and plan future improvements. As industrial cybersecurity becomes a growing concern, this launch positions Takachiho to support a safer and more resilient manufacturing sector. The company aims to deploy the service to 50 clients by FY2027 and expand support to other OT products over time.
