Zoho Japan has released a new build (12.8.407) of its network traffic analysis tool, NetFlow Analyzer, featuring a significantly enhanced cloud service mapping function. This update enables automatic, daily updates of IP address data for major cloud services such as Zoom, Microsoft 365, and ChatGPT, allowing IT administrators to accurately track traffic volume by service name. Users can also manually update the list or request additions of new cloud services via Zoho’s development team.
NetFlow Analyzer helps visualize network traffic, monitor bandwidth usage, and identify performance issues in real time. The improved cloud mapping feature extends these capabilities even to network devices lacking advanced classification technologies like NBA R2, offering greater visibility into cloud-based communication.
Also, Zoho has improved the NetFlow Generator. This free feature helps monitor flow on devices that don’t support flow protocols. The tool now supports 10 Gbps, up from 1 Gbps. This change allows for better and more thorough traffic analysis.
