Oracle Database@AWS lets companies move Oracle Exadata workloads to AWS easily. It needs just a few changes. It also keeps all the functionality and performance like on-premises systems. The platform offers zero-ETL integration. It merges Oracle and AWS data for analytics. It supports machine learning and generative AI services. For example, it includes Amazon Bedrock. Organizations benefit from smoother operations, better teamwork, and combined purchasing through AWS Marketplace. They can also use their current AWS commitments and Oracle license benefits.
New features include the Zero Data Loss Autonomous Recovery Service. This protects vital data in real-time and allows quick recovery with little downtime. Another feature is the Autonomous AI Lakehouse. It merges Oracle AI Database 26ai with Apache Iceberg tables. This setup boosts AI and analytics throughout the enterprise. Terraform support simplifies database provisioning using infrastructure-as-code. Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA) helps keep systems running during server or regional outages.
