With the recent advancement of teleworking and digital transformation, Box, which has been introduced in over 20,000 companies in Japan, is not only being introduced as a data storage and external sharing tool, but is also increasingly being introduced with the aim of improving employee productivity and work efficiency. However, there are many challenges in content management for field departments, such as the existence of multiple communication tools and multiple copies and versions scattered around. In addition, because Box has a wide range of functions, it is not easy for information systems departments to understand all of the functions at the early stages of consideration. Therefore, it is difficult for information systems departments to organize and reach a consensus on business requirements such as which tasks should be improved and functional requirements such as which functions of Box should be used, and even if it is introduced, it is not uncommon for it to be limited to general usage scenarios using basic functions.
