Transware, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and led by CEO Satoru Ishimori, is noted as of Wednesday, April 2, 2025. This agreement starts a partnership to speed up updating old systems in Japan and other Asian markets.
FPT and Transware will improve their service capabilities under the MoU. This includes everything from sales and marketing to development and implementation support. They will focus on legacy modernization solutions using “Caravel™”*¹ by BASE100 (Spain). This partnership will help both companies provide more value. They will use their strengths in solution delivery, technical expertise, and IT talent.
Background of the Agreement
