TIS Introduces AIOps-Based Operational Consulting Service

TIS Inc., a member of the TIS INTEC Group, announces that it will begin offering an “Operational Enhancement Consulting Service” to help companies improve the efficiency and sophistication of their system operations from September 11, 2025.

Our “Advanced Operations Consulting Service” goes beyond traditional system operations, which involve “supportive operations” to ensure stable operation and troubleshooting, thereby preventing system downtime. It also builds sustainable operations that can flexibly respond to change, realizing “value-creating operations” that contribute to business growth.

In recent years, systems have become increasingly complex as advanced system configurations and technologies, such as the coexistence of multi-cloud and hybrid environments, have become commonplace. In this environment, traditional operational methods that rely on humans are inefficient, creating a breeding ground for problems such as declining operational quality and rising costs. In addition, as systems expand in scale and operate over the long term, operations become more personalized and black-boxed, making it increasingly difficult to respond quickly when incidents occur.

In response to these challenges, advances in techniques and automation tools known as AIOps are becoming effective means of achieving greater efficiency and sophistication.
