Leafworks Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that on June 19th, it has entered into a capital alliance with Creava Co., Ltd. and acquired all shares issued by Creava Co., Ltd.
Leafworks was founded in Shiga Prefecture in 2010. They offer a variety of cloud services, including the affiliate ad delivery system “Affilicode System” and the business creation PaaS-type CMS “Palette CMS.”
Cleeva is a small but elite system company that develops and produces web sites with an emphasis on IT consulting. They have supported many companies with “SucSak,” which provides flexible support for web product planning, construction, and maintenance management.

Meanwhile, the company will release its own SaaS product, the on-site management tool “AirQuest” in 2024. It is attracting attention for its UI/UX that combines the company’s cultivated know-how with the latest technology.
