FCE Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Geniee Inc., and has also entered into an investment agreement and business alliance agreement with its group company, JAPAN AI Inc.
Through this partnership, FCE will combine its digital transformation and education and training businesses with Geniee’s marketing technology and JAPAN AI’s AI agent* domain to further accelerate business reform and productivity improvement for companies.
In recent years, technological innovation surrounding generative AI and AI agents has progressed rapidly, and they are being fully utilized in companies and educational settings as next-generation tools that contribute to improving work efficiency and creativity. In particular, “AI agents,” which use AI to autonomously support work, are attracting attention as a way to provide an environment in which employees can concentrate on creative work while compensating for the limitations of human resources.

Taking this background into consideration, in 2023, we began offering “FCE Prompt Gate,” a platform for organizationally designing, learning, sharing, and utilizing prompts within a company, as a new business that utilizes generative AI technology, and have been working to support the use of generative AI in companies and educational institutions.
The aim of this partnership is to further expand the value proposition of existing businesses and accelerate social implementation. A capital and business alliance agreement has been concluded between Geniee, which has strengths in the marketing technology field, and JAPAN AI, which operates an AI agent business.
