Collabos has put out an early version of the voice dialogue function for its AI call center system VLOOM. The point of this move is pretty straightforward. Call centers are facing two main challenges which include staff shortages and increased expenses for their operations. People still require phone lines because they need immediate solutions for their urgent inquiries but this need creates difficulties for organizations which must manage all incoming calls through their staff members.
So the company is trying to push routine phone conversations into AI automation. The voicebot talks with customers over the phone using speech recognition and speech synthesis. It is not just menu-style IVR button navigation. The idea is to make the system talk like a person would, or at least close enough so the caller does not feel stuck in a mechanical prompt loop.
The preview release is mainly for companies already using VLOOM or thinking about adopting it. Users can check the admin screen, build dialogue scenarios using a no-code icon-based interface, and test how the conversation flow splits when customers say things like reservation, cancellation, or inquiry.

The system also links with Google Calendar, CRM databases, and SMS notification workflows. The bigger target is 24-hour automated response, cost reduction, and less workload on human agents. Full release is expected in spring 2026 with stronger generative AI-driven intent understanding.
