Verbex Inc. announced that it has entered into a partnership with zapath Inc. to jointly develop a voice AI agent tailored for private medical clinics.
Verbex’s voice AI technology will team up with Zapath’s AI-driven BPO services. This collaboration aims to create natural, conversational voice interactions for private clinics. The initiative plans to automate phone and voice tasks step by step. This includes handling inquiries, managing appointment bookings, and sending reminders. The partners aim to lighten the load on clinic staff. This will also improve the overall patient experience.
Background of the collaboration
Even with digital progress, phone calls, booking appointments, and changing reservations are still key ways patients connect with private clinics. Many clinics now struggle with operational issues. They have trouble hiring reception and call staff. There are also differences in response quality. Plus, calls are often missed outside of business hours.
Zapath has supported private medical institutions, including those specializing in aesthetic medicine, by strengthening operational frameworks through AI and industry expertise. By combining this domain knowledge with Verbex’s advanced voice interaction technology, the two companies aim to enable voice-driven, next-generation clinic operations.

Partnership overview
Under the partnership, Zapath and Verbex will incorporate Verbex’s voice AI agent technology into ClinicHub, an AI agent designed specifically for aesthetic medicine, to enhance telephone and voice support functions at private clinics.
In addition, by working in conjunction with Zapath’s AI BPO service WeMedical, the partners plan to establish an operational model that is practical for real-world clinic environments. This includes end-to-end support covering the introduction of voice AI, operational design, continuous improvement, and quality control.
Future outlook
Through this initiative, Verbex and Zapath aim to build and refine practical know-how for deploying voice AI in private clinics and to establish a sustainable utilization model suitable for on-site operations. Looking ahead, the two companies plan to promote broader “voice DX” initiatives across the private healthcare sector, including aesthetic medicine, balancing improved patient experience with greater operational efficiency.
