ServiceNow has announced an expanded collaboration with NVIDIA to advance Agent AI, reinforcing its commitment to transforming enterprise intelligence. The partnership integrates NVIDIA’s Llama Nemotron inference models and specialized assessment tools into the ServiceNow Platform, optimizing AI agent deployment for enhanced business impact across industries.

Building upon ServiceNow’s AI Agent Orchestrator, these advancements ensure seamless coordination among multiple AI agents across various tasks, systems, and departments. The assessment tools allow organizations to fine-tune AI agents for reliability and effectiveness before deployment, ensuring immediate, transformative results. Additionally, integrating NVIDIA’s Llama Nemotron model enhances AI agents with advanced reasoning capabilities, enabling them to better comprehend complex workflows and dynamically optimize business processes.

Driving Intelligent, Scalable AI Agent Deployment

“For AI agents to deliver real business value, organizations need absolute confidence in their performance and ROI,” said Jon Sigler, EVP of Platform and AI, ServiceNow. “Our collaboration with NVIDIA provides the necessary tools to evaluate AI agent performance early, making them more intelligent and adaptable. With pre-deployment visibility and advanced reasoning, businesses can scale AI agents confidently, ushering in a new era of reliable, efficient automation.”

Kari Briski, VP of Generative AI Software for Enterprise at NVIDIA, added, “AI agents with inference capabilities mark the next major evolution in enterprise intelligence. By combining NVIDIA’s latest AI inference models with ServiceNow’s evaluation tools, organizations can deploy highly optimized AI agents, enhancing performance, adaptability, and business success.”

Enhancing AI Agents with Performance Insights and Intelligent Reasoning

Serving as an AI “control tower,” the ServiceNow Platform centralizes the analysis, management, and governance of AI agents across organizations. These new innovations empower businesses to deploy AI agents that are intelligent, scalable, secure, and optimized to maximize value.

A key addition is the AI agent evaluation tool. ServiceNow and NVIDIA developed it together. This tool helps users compare AI agents based on key metrics like accuracy and decision-making transparency. It provides insights that can improve performance before deployment. Built-in governance features help manage AI agents. They make sure that use is ethical and safe. They also follow industry standards, even in complex digital environments.

ServiceNow is adding NVIDIA’s Llama Nemotron model to its platform. This boosts AI-driven automation. Now, it features deep inference, better adaptability, and smarter decision-making. The Llama Nemotron model, optimized by NVIDIA, offers quick performance and low latency. It also ensures top accuracy, making it perfect for enterprise AI agents.

Leading the Future of AI-Driven Enterprises

ServiceNow and NVIDIA have a longstanding history of pioneering AI innovations. This new partnership highlights their goal to smoothly add AI solutions to businesses.

In October, ServiceNow teamed up with NVIDIA. They aimed to create native AI agents using NVIDIA’s AI setup. This includes NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NIM Microservices, NVIDIA NeMo, and NVIDIA DGX Cloud. Recently, the companies launched ready-made AI agents. These agents help communications service providers (CSPs) automate customer service and network operations. ServiceNow  and NVIDIA are setting new standards in enterprise AI. Their latest advancements help organizations use AI agents for real digital transformation.

Availability

The first AI agent evaluation tools are expected to be available in May 2025.
